How do I Add or Change or Remove a Phone Number?

Please click the Contact Us link at the top of the page;

Then please give us the Account Contact Information, Email and Contact phone,

Tell us what you want us to do –

Add a New Phone Number please give us the NEW destination number you would like the number ring to,

Then we will add the new number, and notify you by Email.

Please note: to purchase a phone number is $1, and the first month is a $1, please ensure your account balance is $2 for each new number you wish to purchase.

 Change Number (Destination):

Please give us the number being called, and then the new Destination you wish to ring to ->

We will change the call Destination and notify you by Email.

Remove a Phone number:

Please give us the Phone Number you wish to remove, we will remove the number and notify you by Email.

How many minutes have I used this month?

Login to your account  . . .

You will immediately see the Dashboard, and on this the “Recent Calls” display.

You can use the “refresh” icon ( the arrows chasing each other) on the bottom bar of the display for calls you have just finished.

If you have a Basic Calling plan, click on the Subscription & Billing Information tab   –>  select Basic Discount Plan and you will see the minute used display.

On this display you may also click on the  ?  icon in the display bar for more information about the minutes used.

Yes.            

How to Make a Deposit (one-time):  inside the Customer Portal ~

Login to your account, click on the Subscription & Billing Information tab.

Select Make a Deposit from the options in the Navigation menu, and then follow these simple steps:

  1. Enter the Amount, USD you would like to deposit.
  2. Verify the billing information and payment information will match.
  3. Enter the payment information.

You may save this information for future use or . . .

Click  -> Pay Now

You will then receive a SMS and Email notice

How do I set up Auto-Recharge?

Can I just make a One-Time deposit?

Yes.            

How to Make a Deposit (one-time):  inside the Customer Portal ~

Login to your account, click on the Subscription & Billing Information tab.

Select Auto-Recharge from the options in the Navigation menu, and then follow these simple steps:

  • Verify your billing information
  • Enter your card information
  • Click the Save button.

THEN the Auto-Recharge becomes available —

Simply check the box for the option(s) you wish.

  • You can automatically Recharge the account by checking the box.  (This is usually for additional minutes/talk time)
  • Select the dollar amount you authorize your card to be charged
  • Select the dollar amount at which you want the Recharge to trigger. We suggest $3. ($5 for International callers)
  • Click the Save button on the bottom bar.
Pay by Money Order, MoneyGram, Western Union, Cashier’s Check, Institutional Check

When making a payment by this method, write your account number or one of the ten digit phone numbers issued by StayInTouchCalls on the memo line as your account identifier.
